Delete your MileVault account

You can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. Two ways to do it — pick whichever is easier.

Option 1 · In the app

  1. 01Open the MileVault app and go to Settings → Account.
  2. 02Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password or device authentication.
  3. 03Your trips, reports, and profile are permanently deleted within 30 days. Your subscription is not cancelled automatically — manage it in the App Store or Google Play.

The MileVault app is launching soon. Until then, use the request form.

Option 2 · Request by email

Enter the email on your account. We'll confirm receipt immediately and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Or email admin@themilevault.com from your account address.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile and email address
  • All recorded, reconstructed, and classified trips
  • Generated reports and exports stored on our servers
  • Location history associated with your trips
  • Support conversation history

What may be retained

  • Purchase records held by Apple or Google (we do not control these)
  • Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you
  • Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., for fraud prevention), for the minimum period required

Timeline: deletion completes within 30 days of request. Want your data first? Ask for an export in your request or in the app before deleting. See our Privacy Policy.
